About
Learn everything you need to know about Freediving in the unspoilt waters of Jervis Bay Marine Park. Freediving is the most direct and intimate way to explore the ocean, as well as the workings of your body and mind. EVERYONE can do it, and no prior experience is needed. Jervis Bay is Australia’s deepest harbour, and with its crystal clear water, abundance of marine life and the dramatic cliffs that stand watch, there is no better place to learn. Freediving will improve your confidence in the ocean and your mental clarity outside of it! We train under the Molchanov system, the most current and advanced Freediving training system in the world.
As a Molchanovs Wave 2 Advanced Freediver you will extend your limits further in all disciplines (up to a depth of -30m). You will dive deeper into the physics of freediving, how it affects your body, learn about Dalton’s law and Henry’s law, and their relation to safe freediving. You will continue your breathing education and improve the Frenzel equalisation technique with specialised drills, tips and guidance.
