Health/Fitness Requirement - I acknowledge that by making a booking and participating in any Woebegone expedition, tour, or course, I warrant that I am in good medical and physical condition and that there is no reason, medical or otherwise, that should prevent me from safely participating. I understand that Woebegone may refuse my participation (before or during the trip) without refund if they perceive any reasonable risk to my safety or the safety of others, including signs of illness, infection, covid-19, open wounds, or any behaviour that is aggressive, disruptive, discriminatory, predatory, illegal, or inappropriate. I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to this Health and Fitness requirement.

Online Waiver Acknowledgement - I acknowledge that all divers are required to complete and sign Woebegone’s online waiver prior to the tour date. I understand that failure to complete the waiver may result in refusal to participate on the day, without refund. I confirm that I have read and understood this requirement. Please find waiver link on booking confirmation email.

Rental Equipment Agreement - I acknowledge that I am responsible for all rental equipment issued to me for this tour. I understand that if any item is lost, damaged, or broken due to misuse, negligence, or improper care, I will be charged the full replacement cost of that item. I agree to use the equipment safely, follow all instructions provided by Woebegone staff, and return all gear in the same condition it was provided.

Terms & Conditions

All refunds do not include any currency conversion fees, card processing fees or booking fees charged by third party providers. These fees are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of Snorkelling and Freediving in Jervis Bay the following policy applies to all of our tours and courses.

Cancellation or change of date outside 7 days of the tour/course will result in a 25% fee.
Cancellation or change of date within 7 days of the tour /course will result in a 50% fee.
Failure to arrive or change of date/cancellation within 72hrs of departure will result in a full fare forfeiture. There will be NO opportunity to reschedule or receive credit at this stage.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF DATE DUE TO COVID-19 IS SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY.

All trips can be subject to change last minute due to circumstances out of our control. In the event that we cancel the tour/ course due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns or not meeting the minimum participant numbers required, you will be offered a full refund (not including card/booking processing fee), gift voucher or reschedule to another date.

If you are not contacted about a cancellation, expect your tour/ course to run as planned.
