We get it: life happens, so we want to be open and upfront with you as early as possible so you’re aware of your options available when you need to make a change:
- If you need to cancel or change: Refundable cancellation/reschedule up to 7 days before the course, minus PADI Administration and eLearning cost of $75. Within 7 days, our rescheduling fee is $200. No refunds/reschedules will be provided if a course has been started and not completed.
- Medical Conditions: If you flag a medical issue and fail to provide a doctor’s note, it’s treated as a late cancellation. You must get a doctor’s approval if you have a medical condition.
- If we need to make a change: If we cancel/reschedule due to weather or unforeseen events, you’ll be given a choice of a reschedule or refund for the portion of the course that was cancelled.

Immediately after booking:
1. Complete your waiver, including medical questions. Some medical conditions will require a doctor's review so please complete this form ASAP.
2. Keep your eye on Junk/Spam and look for an email from PADI. You will receive your PADI e-learning materials within 48 of booking. If your e-learning and exam isn't completed by 9am on Saturday morning, we unfortunately won't be able to let you participate and it will also be treated as a late cancellation. Please don't leave it until Friday night in case you experience technical issues and need help.
Prerequisites:
- This course is open to 18y+ adults (under 18s by exception only)
- All participants must be able to swim 200m without assistance
